CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments are required to be reserved with a credit card. In the event of a last-minute cancellation (within 24 hours) you will be charged 50% of the booked service price. No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service price.

I understand life gets busy. Therefore, I offer a 15-minute grace period if you are running late for your appointment. If you surpass that time, I reserve the right to deny services booked and you will be responsible for the full service cost.
